As CEO of FLUXIFY and Director of Education at the Weatherhead Coaching Program at Case Western Reserve University, he has trained and mentored thousands of coaches worldwide, helped develop the ICF’s Team Coaching Competencies, served on the ICF’s AI Task Force, and is a leading voice on professional coaching standards.
