Markus Väth and CoachBot: Taking Proven Methodology to Scale
Twenty years of organizational psychology, a client list from Volkswagen to Porsche, and the PEARL framework — now with infrastructure that can carry it past the leadership layer.

Markus Väth has been working with organizations for twenty years. His client list includes Volkswagen, Deutsche Bahn, Porsche, Samsung, and GIZ. He developed the PEARL framework, a practical operating system for leadership and collaboration built on Pragmatism, Evolvement, Assertiveness, Respect, and Learning. He wrote Radical Work: A User's Guide for a Liberated Work Life. He is, by any measure, one of the most credible voices in German-speaking organizational development.
He also just chose CoachBot as his AI coaching infrastructure.
The reach problem
The best coaching methodologies in the world share a structural problem: they reach leadership, and stop there. A two-day intensive, a keynote, a cohort program are powerful interventions, but they touch a small slice of any organization. The people who most need ongoing support, reflection, and behavioral reinforcement are the ones who never make it into the room.
Markus has been clear-eyed about this. His PEARL framework was always meant to change how organizations work, not just how leaders think. But until now, scaling it meant either diluting it or hiring more people.
Why CoachBot
We didn't build a chatbot with a coaching skin. CoachBot is built around real coaching architecture: structured conversations, two-tier memory, measurable outcomes, and an evaluation layer that produces data instead of feelings. It's designed to carry methodology, not replace it.
For Markus, that distinction mattered. CoachBot's infrastructure is GDPR-compliant, EU-hosted, and built for the trust requirements of enterprise HR and L&D. It's also open enough to be deployed with a specific methodology rather than a generic prompt stack.
The goal is to make professional-quality coaching accessible to every employee in an organization, not just the ones with access to the leadership budget.
What we're building
The collaboration combines Markus's twenty years of organizational psychology and the proven PEARL framework with CoachBot's scalable, secure, methodology-first architecture. The result is an AI coaching agent that can bring structured behavioral development to entire organizations, measurably, responsibly, and at scale.
This is what it looks like when a proven methodology meets infrastructure that can actually carry it.
If you want to understand what this could mean for your organization, we'd like to hear from you.
